A substitute English teacher at Liberty High School. He is introduced as Mr. Racine but has the students call him Vic.
He teaches creative writing and inspires the students to think independently. He is not fired because he is seen as a bad influence, but instead he quits after seeing a subpoena regarding his failure to pay child support. He changed his name to Victor Racine. Jordan said he was the best teacher he ever had.
